ChatGPT is a new artificial intelligence (AI) tool that\u2019s designed to help people communicate with computers in a more natural and intuitive way \u2014 using natural language processing (NLP) technology.\u00a0Shortly after OpenAI research labs\u00a0unveiled ChatGP on Nov 30, 2022, the bot is making waves when it comes to all the amazing\u00a0things it can do\u2014from writing music to coding\u00a0to generating\u00a0vulnerability exploits, and what not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your wish is\u00a0my\u00a0command<\/strong>– What is the AI bot ChatGPT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ChatGPT is powered by GPT-3.5 series of models trained with text and code data on Azure AI supercomputing infrastructure. The AI’s capabilities have been driven up to deal with requests that can be odd, technical, abstract or specific. It is the latest evolution of the GPT \u2013 or Generative Pre-Trained Transformer \u2013 family of text-generating AIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By putting its advanced chatbot in public preview, OpenAI hopes to crowdsource feedback by learning from what all users ask ChatGPT and how well the technology performs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who made it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new AI is the latest chatbot from the Elon Musk-founded independent research body OpenAI foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Musk co-founded the startup with other Silicon Valley investors including technology venture capitalist Sam Altman in late 2015, saying that the research centre would \u201cadvance digital intelligence in the way that is most likely to benefit humanity\u201d according to a blog post at the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
